- Casa Ibarra in Coral Way, MOA Complex, Pasay
- Plaza Ibarra in Timog Ave. Quezon City
- Villa Ibarra in Brgy. Maharlika, Tagaytay City
- Catering by Ibarra’s, our Off-Premise Catering
- Booked events should be atleast with a minimum reservations of 100 pax to qualify for the raffle draw.
- Booked events is applicable for the following packages only:
- New 2025 and 2026 Standard, Deluxe and Extravaganza Casa Ibarra Packages
- New 2025 and 2026 Ideal and Elegant Catering by Ibarra’s Packages
- New 2025 and 2026 Standard, Deluxe and Premium Plaza Ibarra Packages
- New 2025 and 2026 Standard, Deluxe and Premium Villa Ibarra Packages
- Every 100 pax of booked events, Ibarra’s entitles the client to one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win one (1) Brand New BYD Seagull EV.
- Participants must fill up the raffle coupon with complete name, address, contact number, email and affix signature and drop entry in the drop box located at:
- Casa Ibarra in Coral Way, MOA Complex, Pasay
- Plaza Ibarra in Timog Ave. Quezon City
- Villa Ibarra in Brgy. Maharlika, Tagaytay City
- Qualified event booking should be made from July 30, 2025 – May 31, 2026.
- Deadline for dropping of raffle raffle entries in designated drop boxes is until May 31, 2026, 9:00PM.
- Raffle Draw will be held at Casa Ibarra, Coral Way, MOA Complex, Pasay in the presence of DTI and Ibarra’s representative.

*Raffle Draw will be conducted with the presence of a DTI Representative.
- Any cancelled event before or after the draw date, will disqualify the entry.
- If the event of the winner is not yet fully paid on their booked event:
- They cannot cancel their event.
- They cannot decrease the number of pax on their booked event.
- The winner can claim their Brand New BYD Seagull EV once the booked event is fully paid.
13. Winner of the car will shoulder the 20% prize tax, car insurance, car registration, and other expenses related to the prize.
14. Claiming of the BYD Seagull EV starts on June 4, 2026 at Casa Ibarra, Coral Way, MOA Complex, Pasay
15. Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.
16. Ibarra’s Party Venues and Catering Specialist will notify the winner by SMS, call-out, eDM, and registered mail on how to claim the prize.
17. Winner will be given will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming peiod, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Ibarra’s Party Venues and Catering Specialist with the prior approval of DTI.
18. Upon claiming of prize, winner must present and submit the following:
- One (1) Government issued I.D with photo (e.g. Driver’s License, UMID, Passport)
- Valid TIN
- Official receipt as proof of payment of the Full Payment of their booked event.
- Official receipt as proof of payment of the 20% prize tax.
- Winners must sign the Claim Certificate prior to claiming of prize.
- If a representative is claiming the prize on behalf of the winner, he/she must present an authotization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner’s raffle ticket, photocopy of booked event contract and valid identification (Passport, Driver’s Lisence or UMID of both winner and his/her representative) The winner’s representative must also present the original copies of the same required valid forms of identification and a copy of th winner’s TIN. Lastly, the winner should inform it’s Banquet Sales Associate that their representative will claim their prize.
19. Ibarra’s Party Venues and Catering Specialist reserve the right to verify the elegibility of the drawn entries (that is, the winner’s booking is valid, and booked events should be existing and in good standing or fully paid for the duration Raffle Draw and the 60-day redemption period) in concurrence with DTI.
20. Ibarra’s Party Venues and Catering Specialist reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winner in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
21. Employees of Ibarra’s Party Venues and Catering Specialist, their advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
22. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-232804 Series of 2025.
